PT Kota Satu Properti Tbk (the “Company”), domiciled in Semarang Regency, has its deed of establishment as set forth in the Deed of Establishment of a Limited Liability Company No. 6 dated October 3, 2012, drawn up before Maria Yosefa Deni, S.H., Notary in Semarang City. The Company’s Deed of Establishment has been approved by the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia, as evidenced by its Decree No. AHU-58590.AH.01.01.Tahun 2012 dated November 19, 2012.
In 2018, the Company conducted an Initial Public Offering (IPO) to the public by issuing 500,000,000 shares with a par value of Rp 100 on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The Company, with the ticker code SATU, received an effective declaration from the Financial Services Authority on November 5, 2018.
The Company, domiciled in Semarang Regency, has two main business activities: property development and hospitality. The Company is the parent company of all subsidiaries owned through shareholding investments.

He is a seasoned professional in the capital markets industry, with an academic background in Information Management from Bina Nusantara University. After graduating, he began his career at several leading securities firms, where he continued to develop his expertise and strong networks in the finance and investment industry.
He also has extensive experience in equity management and securities sales, holding key roles at PDFCI Securities and Quantum Qapita Securities. Currently, Arief Sugiyo serves as Senior Equity Sales at PT Semesta Indovest Securities, where he is responsible for building and maintaining strategic investment portfolios for clients. His expertise in designing sound capital market strategies, coupled with his extensive networking skills, makes him a key figure in the securities and investment sector. As President Commissioner, Arief Sugiyo plays a key role in the company’s strategic decision-making, with a focus on sustainable business growth and long-term profitability.
He brings over 16 years of professional experience in law and operational management to his position as Independent Commissioner at PT Kota Satu Properti Tbk. He graduated with a Bachelor of Law from Universitas 17 Agustus Semarang in 2009 and has built a successful career in various managerial roles in the cooperative and financial institutions sectors. One of his career highlights was his tenure as Operations Manager of Kospin SEKARTAMA in 2018–2019, where he successfully implemented various strategic initiatives to improve operational efficiency and compliance. Since 2020, Ibnu Dody Prayitno has held the role of Compliance Manager at Kospin SEKARTAMA, where he is responsible for ensuring that the company’s operations are in accordance with applicable regulations and industry standards. With in-depth legal knowledge and solid operational experience, Ibnu Dody Prayitno provides a valuable independent perspective in corporate oversight and governance. As an Independent Commissioner, Ibnu Dody Prayitno is responsible for ensuring that shareholder interests are protected and that company decisions are made with high integrity and transparency.
An Indonesian citizen, with a Bachelor of Economics graduate from Mahasaraswati University. He has served as President Director of PT Kota Satu Properti Tbk. since joining in August 2022 until now. He has extensive experience in the Senior Executive field in the FMCG and B to C Automotive industries for 26 years. He was noted to have served as Director of Danone Aqua from 2012 – 2018, then also served as CEO of PT Putra Mustika from July 2018 – April 2020, and currently in addition to holding PT Kota Satu Properti Tbk, he also serves as CEO of PT RT Mart Group Indonesia since May 2020.
An Indonesian citizen, he is a Bachelor of Economics graduate from Pelita Harapan University with extensive experience in several companies where in his career history he has served as Public Relations at Kospin Sekartama in 2015, Commissioner of PT RT Mart Indonesia in 2020, and Director of PT Rizki Piara Sejahtera in 2020. Currently he is responsible as Director for PT Kota Satu Tbk. since joining in August 2022 until now by leading all business lines running within it.
