PT. Kota Satu Properti (SATU) has held a General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) on Wednesday, June 23, 2021. The GMS discussed several agendas including reporting on last year’s performance to the decision to reshuffle the commissioners. In the 2020 annual financial performance report, the issuer with the stock code ONE recorded a net profit of -79.26% and recorded an income of Rp. 24,103 billion.
Another agenda that was also discussed in the GMS was the replacement of the President Commissioner. Johan P Santoso as the President Director of PT. Kota Satu Properti Tbk said that the consideration of changing the composition of the management was intended so that the company could focus more on implementing the business strategy of its parent company.
