Amaya Home Resort Successfully Launches New Type of House,
PT Kota Satu Properti (SATU) Targets Revenue Increase

At the REI Properti Expo exhibition at Paragon Mall, Semarang on 3-14 November 2021, Amaya Home Resort successfully launched two new types of houses, namely the Ixia & Ixora types. Type 41/81 Ixia is a one-story house with an area of 41m 2 and a land area of 81m 2 . While type 78/105 Ixora is a two-story house with an area of 78m 2 and a land area of 105m 2. The launch of these two new types of houses received a positive response from exhibition visitors, which was proven by 2 booking fees and 6 purchase prospects. This success cannot be separated from the new design factor which is modern as well as elegant and the official price is affordable, starting from 600 million rupiahs. In addition, the factor of Amaya’s location at the Ungaran toll exit and the Home Resort concept owned by Amaya is believed to have contributed to the high consumer interest in buying a house in Amaya.

President Director of PT Kota Satu Properti Tbk (SATU) Johan P. Santoso revealed that he believes SATU sales in 2022 will improve and are expected to generate profits. The successful handling and policies of the Covid-19 pandemic by the Government will encourage economic recovery which has slumped since the beginning of the pandemic in March 2020. This is certainly a breath of fresh air for the sector they are engaged in, namely property, especially housing and hospitality.

“Indonesia is one of the countries with the fastest economic recovery after the pandemic compared to other countries, especially neighboring countries. The increase in demand has been seen since the beginning of the 4th quarter of 2021 and I believe it will continue to increase until 2023,” said Johan.

During the REI exhibition, Amaya Home Resort, which was originally called The Amaya, also introduced its new name, which was inaugurated to coincide with Amaya’s 9th birthday. Previously the name The Amaya had been used by the company from its inception in 2013 until 2021. Apart from carrying the new name, the logo of Amaya Home Resort was also updated. Previously, The Amaya was popular with the flower stalk icon as its company logo, after changing its name to Amaya Home Resort, the logo was replaced with a new logo showing a shape like two mountains on a green background.

The design team behind the new name and logo reveals the meaning behind this renewal, the Amaya Home Resort name and logo are designed to be enjoyed from a different perspective. The shape of the mountain reflects the name and location of Amaya which is located on a high place at the foot of Mount Ungaran. The green color in the new logo depicts the cool green atmosphere of the mountains. The name Amaya Home Resort also reinforces the concept where Amaya presents housing with a resort atmosphere and facilities. This is supported by the Amaya Care service which makes the lives of residents at Amaya Home Resort easier. The Amaya Care services include housekeeping and laundry services that make it easier for residents to maintain house cleanliness, groceries which can provide convenience for shopping for drinking water and gas needs, as well as Amaya maintenance which is provided to facilitate maintenance of water, electricity, building installations, all of which are provided for the convenience of living for residents.
