PT Kota Satu Properti Tbk (SATU) together with its business units namely Allstay Hotel Semarang and Amaya Home Resort again held a Company Outing for its employees. Along with the COVID-19 pandemic, the company outing that was held this time was divided into 4 batches. The first batch was carried out by the company’s HQ employees, which was held at Rumah Atsiri Tawangmangu on October 8, 2021.
Activities carried out by employees while at Rumah Atsiri are educational tours about the manufacture of essential oils. In addition, several games are played between employees. The second outing was held by Allstay Hotel Semarang employees who were divided into 2 batches, on October 12 for the first batch and October 14 for the implementation of the second batch. The locations chosen for this hotel’s employee outing are Batu Ratapan Angin, Dieng Park, and Tambi Tea Gardens located in Dieng, Wonosobo. Several games were also held to increase cohesiveness among employees, one of which was a paper string game that was carried out as a team. In this game, the team is challenged to change the has sheet of paper into an unbroken circle so that later all team members can enter the circle of paper and walk together to the finish line. As a closing, the last batch of employees of PT Kota Satu Properti Tbk (SATU) was held by the employees of Amaya Home Resort on November 19, 2021, located in Gunung Kidul, Yogyakarta.
